Top Priorities

Over the last six years, substantial property tax hikes have placed immense financial pressure on Ward 3 families and seniors while city spending continues to climb. If elected I will fight for a freeze on Mississauga’s property taxes to deliver immediate relief to homeowners while protecting essential emergency services and core community infrastructure.

Mississauga taxpayers are currently saddled with an unfair 62% of the Peel Regional Police budget because funding is calculated on property values rather than population or service calls. If elected I will fight to end this outdated formula so local residents stop overpaying and carrying a disproportionate share of regional tax costs

My infrastructure plan prioritizes safer neighbourhood streets through targeted traffic calming and enhanced pedestrian crossings near local schools, parks, and busy corridors. By focusing tax dollars on core responsibilities to fix roads and sidewalks, to upgrading stormwater systems this plan protects Ward 3 homes, safeguards local families, and restores essential community infrastructure.
